Swiss Stuffing Chicken

I adore cooking seems I am all about food these days. Last night, we tried a recipe from Kelly's Recipes. We loved since I know a lot of my friends are menu planning, I thought it might be something new to try.

It is called Swissed Stuffing Chicken. You can substitute the swiss cheese with sliced mozerella if you want. We used the swiss though. It was super easy to make and you can also make it up ahead of time to freeze until you need it for dinner one added bonus.
