Happy Birthday Seth!
Today is my next door neighbor's 17th birthday, and I wanted to give him a shout out! It has been my pleasure watching him grow up into the fine young man that he is....And Collin wasn't the only one who took his driving test today, Seth was there this morning and he passed as well!
